Features
Adobe Acrobat Pro DC with e-sign makes it easy to send, track, and collect e-signatures. Signing documents is just as simple — click, tap, or swipe.
An Adobe Sign license is only required for individuals who will be initiating transactions – not for users who will be signing.
Please note: Once EOTSS closes this ticket as complete, a designated Adobe Sign Group Administrator for your agency must perform an additional task to add you to the correct Adobe Sign group before you will be able to initiate Adobe Sign transactions. Please reach out to your agency IT help desk for more information.
How to request
Please note: Internal agency IT Liaison (ITL) approval is required in order for EOTSS to process this request.

SLE Responsibilities/Dependencies Fulfillment: 99% within 1 business day
Please note: Once EOTSS closes this ticket as complete, a designated Adobe Sign Group Administrator for your agency must perform an additional task to add you to the correct Adobe Sign group before you will be able to initiate Adobe Sign transactions. Please reach out to your agency IT help desk for more information.
Customer
- Responsible for adhering to the EOTSS Standard Rules of Engagement.
- Responsible for accepting the email invitation from Adobe by clicking the “Get started” link provided within 60 days.
NOTE: If the customer fails to accept the email invitation within 60 days, the link will be disabled, and the request must be resubmitted.
- Responsible for reaching out to agency Adobe Sign Group Admin to be added to appropriate sign group.
EOTSS
- Responsible for assigning an Adobe Sign license to the customer.
