What you need for Apply for LSP Limited Application
If you are eligible to file an online LSP Limited Application, you must contact the LSP Board staff at lsp.board@mass.gov to request a Record Identification Code and a Pin Code.
Once you receive the Record Identification Code and a Pin Code from the Board staff, you may then proceed to submit the Limited Application. You must demonstrate that at least three years of your relevant professional experience occurred within five years prior to submission of the Limited Application.
Applicants for licensure must provide sufficient information to enable the Board to determine that you meet the qualifications in 309 CMR 3.02. Accordingly, you must demonstrate that you meet minimum education requirements; that you have hazardous waste site cleanup decision making experience; and possesses good moral character.

The application fee of $245 payment will be requested upon completion of the online application. You will have the option to pay online by credit card or automated clearing house (ACH) or pay by mail. If you select pay-by-mail option, instructions regarding payment process will be emailed when you submit your online application.

Once your application is submitted, the Professional References you identified during the online application process will receive instructions.
If you have been identified as the Professional Reference, please follow the steps below to submit the Professional Reference Form to the LSP Board.
