Through this program, governmental entities hosting primary public safety answering points (PSAPs) or regional emergency communication centers (RECCs) are eligible to receive reimbursement for training-related costs associated with the 9-1-1 system.

To be eligible for the Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD) Grant, you'll need to be:

  • A primary public safety answering point
  • A regional public safety answering point
  • A regional secondary public safety answering point
  • A regional emergency communications center

How to apply   Apply for the Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD) Grant

To apply, please complete the application package. This includes:

  • A Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD) Grant Application
  • A EMD Grant Budget Worksheet
  • A Contractor Authorized Signatory Listing Form
  • A notarized proof of Authentication of Signature Form for each signatory
  • A Standard Contract Form

Once completed, you can mail the application package to:
