What you need
- Create a login for EEA’s new Grants Management System. This is where you’ll find the electronic application form, a budget template, and instructions for submitting an application.
- Project budget (please use the template found in the Grants Management System)
- Letter from applicant CEO authorizing the application and naming a project manager as a grant contact
- Site map, for site-specific projects

How to apply
Applications must be submitted via EEA’s new Grant Management System. Applications will be reviewed, and grants awarded, on a rolling basis through April 30, 2026.
