New Environment & Climate One Stop (ECO One Stop) for Culvert Replacement Municipal Assistance (CRMA) Grants: We are excited to announce the launch of our new Environment & Climate One Stop (ECO One Stop) . This year, the application for Culvert Replacement Municipal Assistance (CRMA) Grants will be a part of the ECO One Stop, a new initiative created to simplify the grant application process for climate and environmental resilience projects in Massachusetts. By consolidating multiple grant applications into one streamlined process, the ECO One Stop allows applicants to apply to multiple grants through a single application.

DER's CRMA Grants are for Commonwealth of Massachusetts local and regional government units, municipalities, and tribal governments interested in replacing or removing an undersized, perched, and/or degraded culvert located in an area of high ecological value. This funding is to encourage applicants to replace aging culverts with better designed crossings that meet improved structural and environmental design standards and flood resiliency criteria. Only projects that intend to meet the goals of the Massachusetts Stream Crossing Standards are considered for funding. Interested applicants can view the information below for more details and how to apply.
