Full-time Commonwealth Employees (FTEs):

    • Fully deprovision a user
  • Use this Catalog item to:
    • Temporarily disable Active Directory access
    • Disable access to other accounts, systems, networks and applications

Contractors/Vendors/Guests:

    • Fully deprovision a user

Please note: Internal agency IT Liaison (ITL) approval is required in order for EOTSS to process this request.

EOTSS recognizes that not all leaves are the same. By using Disable Access | Mass.gov, it gives the ITLs the flexibility to provide specific instructions and options on a case-by-case basis.

Disable Access | Mass.gov keeps the user’s account temporarily disabled but still operational.

To deprovision a full-time Commonwealth Employees (FTE), use User De-Provisioning catalog item.

Customer

  • Responsible for adhering to the EOTSS Standard Rules of Engagement.
  • Responsible for sharing details, including the user account that needs to be temporarily disabled, with EOTSS during the intake process.

EOTSS

  • Responsible for disabling a user’s access to agency systems, networks, and applications per the customer’s request.
