2025 UCR Renewal

2025 UCR renewal will begin on October 1, 2024. There is no paper form available for the 2025 renewal year.  All carriers must renew online at ucr.gov.  Enforcement of 2025 UCR will begin on January 1, 2025.

2024 UCR Renewal

2024 UCR renewal is now in process. There is no paper form available for the 2024 renewal year.  All carriers must renew online at ucr.gov.  Enforcement of 2024 UCR is underway.

How to file

You can file UCR online at the Unified Carrier Registration Portal.

There is no paper form for 2024 or 2025.  You must register online.

The UCR Plan and Agreement are part of a federally-mandated, state-administered program that went into effect September 10, 2007. Under this program, states collect fees from motor carriers, motor private carriers, freight forwarders, brokers, and leasing companies based on the number of qualifying commercial motor vehicles (CMVs) in their fleets.
