2022 UCR Renewal

2022 UCR renewal is now available. There is no paper form available for the 2022 renewal year.  All carriers must renew online at ucr.gov.  Enforcement for the 2022 renewal year begins January 1, 2022.

2021 UCR Renewal

The 2021 UCR renewal is now in process.  There is no paper form available for the 2021 renewal year.  All carriers must renew online at ucr.gov.  Enforcement of 2021 UCR is underway.

You can file UCR online at the Unified Carrier Registration Portal.

There is no paper form for 2021.  You must register online.

The UCR Plan and Agreement are part of a federally-mandated, state-administered program that went into effect September 10, 2007. Under this program, states collect fees from motor carriers, motor private carriers, freight forwarders, brokers, and leasing companies based on the number of qualifying commercial motor vehicles (CMVs) in their fleets.
