MassHealth Enrollment Centers (MECs)
The Enrollment Centers are open for limited walk-in appointments. We strongly encourage you to use MassHealth’s new appointment scheduler if you need help from a MassHealth Customer Service Representative.
Please note: MEC's can help you with applications, but they are not able to enroll you into a health plan. Please use the other contacts listed on this page to enroll in a plan. Do not mail or fax an application to any of the locations below.

You can find help here if you live in the community, and you're:
- An individual 65 years of age or older and living at home
- An individual of any age and need long-term-care services in a medical institution
- An individual who is eligible under certain programs to get long-term-care services to live at home
- A member of a married couple and one spouse is over 65 years of age and the other is under 65 years of age
If you
- are younger than 65 years of age
- are the parent or caretaker of a child who is under 19 years of age, or you are disabled and are either working 40 or more hours in a month, or are currently working and have worked at least 240 hours in the six months immediately before the month of the application
