Features
ALL EXECUTIVE BRANCH agencies are required to request an Exchange Online Plan 2 license for a shared, room or equipment mailbox.
Shared, Room or Equipment?
- Request a “shared mailbox” for a group (ex.: a group of people need to monitor and send email from a Commonwealth email address, and reply emails should appear to be from the shared address, not from the individual user; or, you need a shared team calendar).
- Request a “room mailbox” for a place (ex.: a conference room, in order to reserve the conference room for a certain period of time).
- Request an “equipment mailbox” for a thing (ex.: a vehicle, in order to reserve the vehicle for a certain period of time).

Pricing
The fee for a room mailbox, an equipment mailbox, or a shared mailbox is the cost of a Plan 2 License.
