Features

A network share is a repository for shared folders and files.  You may request a new network share, or to modify, delete or request specific share permissions. 

This request item is only for file and/or print servers that have Active Directory groups tied to your file shares.

SLE	Responsibilities/Dependencies
Fulfillment: 95% within 5 business days	Customer Responsible for adhering to the EOTSS Standard Rules of Engagement. Responsible for identifying network share address(es) with EOTSS during the intake process. EOTSS Responsible for providing a new network share, or modifying, deleting, or assigning specific share permissions per the customer’s requirements.
