What you need for Register for a MAP Train the Trainer (TTT) Session
To become a MAP trainer, you must:
- Be currently licensed as a registered nurse, nurse practitioner, physician assistant, registered pharmacist, or physician in Massachusetts
- Have at least 2 years of experience in your profession
- Complete the DPH approved Train the Trainer Program offered through the Departments of Mental Health, Children and Families, and Developmental Services
How to register Register for a MAP Train the Trainer (TTT) Session
To register for a MAP Train-the-Trainer (TTT) class by email, find your area DMH/DCF or regional DDS MAP Coordinator on the list of Train-the-Trainer MAP Contact Email Addresses.
You will be prompted to complete a registration form and return it with an attached resume showing the 2 years required experience.
Once received, you will be signed up for the class.
To register for a MAP Train-the-Trainer (TTT) class by phone, call your area DMH/DCF or regional DDS MAP Coordinator.

Approximately 10 days prior to the class, you will receive an email providing detailed instructions such as location, directions, what to bring, etc.
