The Remote Desktop service provides users the ability to access their local devices and resources in remote sessions. 

This Catalog item is not used to request remote access to servers.  For remote access to a server(s), please reach out to the manager of that server directly. 

If you are currently able to access the Commonwealth resources you need via VPN or if the resources can be pushed to your Commonwealth-issued device, this request will be rejected.  You may reach out to the EOTSS Service Desk if you have any questions.
