The Details

What you need

  • You must have 50 CEUs at the time you renew your license pursuant to 273 CMR Section 3.05.

When to need to renew

  • Every odd year, by November 30th 
  • If your renewal is received beyond the license expiration date, you will have to pay an additional fee, listed below.

Fees

  • Perfusionist license renewal fee $150 each 
  • Late renewal fee $57 per late license renewal (in addition to renewal fee)

How to apply

Go to the Health Professions Licensing Portal  and create an account, or log into your existing account. If this is your first time using this new portal, please visit Health Professions Licensing System User Guide.
