You are eligible to receive your Massachusetts motorcycle license (Class M) if you have:

A valid Massachusetts motorcycle learner's permit

Your Motorcycle Safety Foundation completion card issued from out of state

Your rider course skill evaluation and knowledge test on the school's letterhead

How to transfer Transfer your Motorcycle Rider Education Program (MREP) certificate from out-of-state
Submit the following paperwork within 180 days of the training:
- A completed Application to accept an out-of-state Motorcycle Rider Education Program certificate
A copy of your motorcycle (Class M) learner’s permit
A copy of your Motorcycle Safety Foundation completion card
A copy of your rider course skill evaluation and knowledge test on the school's letterhead
Payment of the $15 endorsement fee.
