What you need for WW 26: Combined Licenses/Permits for Waterways & Water Quality Certification
This application process has changed. Please review the instructions carefully and do not generate a transmittal number for the WW26 application.
This application type is a combined process for Waterways & Water Quality Certifications, including for fill and/or structures for water-dependent use; and/or dredging projects which must obtain federal licenses and which would result in a discharge to state waters; and/or for projects that propose some fill in a wetland area.
If any component of the project is Nonwater-Dependent or if there are unauthorized Nonwater-Dependent fill/structures at the project site, please contact the Department before initiating the application process.
A consultant or other representative may submit the application without the applicant having created an account or signed an authorization. After the initial submittal, Department staff will conduct a preliminary review of the application and send a “Proof of Signature” document that is required to be signed by all applicants (Permittees) and property owners.
Prior to initiating the application, please review the instructions (see below) for details on the information and documents required to be submitted.
