An employee uses my office to do personal work; can they claim benefits if they get hurt?

If what they were involved with was purely personal, then they probably wouldn't be able to claim benefits under your workers' compensation policy. But if it was held that use of your facilities was part of their compensation for their employment, it could be held that the injury was incidental to employment and thus covered by workers' compensation.
