The only person working with me is a family member. Do I need to cover them?
Yes. Family members must be covered by workers' compensation insurance even if they are the only employees of the company. The exception would be if they were listed as a partner on an LLC, or filed for an exemption as a corporate officer with at least 25% ownership.
