Brownfields Roundtables

MassDEP hosts public meetings to share information about brownfields resources.

In partnership with federal, state and local organizations, the MassDEP Bureau of Waste Site Cleanup hosts brownfields roundtables to share information about funding, technical resources, and opportunities for teaming and networking in support of Brownfields Redevelopment. 

About Brownfields Roundtables

MassDEP holds regular meetings to provide information to stakeholders about brownfields assessment, cleanup, and redevelopment. These events feature presentations by MassDEP, US EPA, MassDevelopment, UConn Technical Assistance to Brownfields, and regional planning commissions about the assistance these organizations offer through each of their brownfields programs. Since 2023, MassDEP has hosted in-person brownfields roundtables in each of the DEP regions every year. In 2025, MassDEP added a virtual brownfields roundtable. All are welcome to attend and participate. The virtual meeting was recorded and is available for on-demand viewing.
