Alianza

Alianza is located in Holyoke, MA. Live chat available, safety planning, court system navigation, help to find emergency shelter, advocacy and support groups. Alianza assists, supports, and empowers those whose lives are affected by battering and abuse. We believe that victims and survivors of domestic violence deserve respect and can make their own choices. Our staff — whom we call advocates — offers a high level of emotional support for independent decision-making.

YMCA Western MA

The YMCA of Western MA offers individual and group counseling, court advocacy, safety planning, relocation assistance, and resource and referral information. Individual and group counseling, medical, police, and court advocacy, outreach, education, and 24-hour hotline for victims of sexual assault.

Safe Passage

Safe Haven primarily serves individuals and families in Hampshire County.  A partnership with Hilltown Community Health Centers allows us to serve survivors in the rural areas of Hampshire and Hampden Counties. Safe Passage serves survivors of all genders.  Services are accessible to people with disabilities and are available in English, Spanish, and other languages. Safe Passage provides survivors with the support and information to keep themselves and their children safe and to rebuild their lives in the wake of domestic violence. We believe that empowerment is crucial to ending domestic violence.  Through the empowerment of individuals, we can change society.

New England Learning Center for Women in Transition (NELCWIT)

If you or someone you know is experiencing emotional, physical, or sexual abuse, there is someone to talk to. Our Crisis Line is available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Se habla español. The New England Learning Center for Women in Transition (NELCWIT) is the sexual and domestic violence crisis center of Franklin County and the North Quabbin. We offer services to people of all genders, sexual orientations, and abilities. All of our services for survivors are free of charge, do not require health insurance, and are available to people of any immigration status. Todos nuestros servicios también están disponibles en español.

Elizabeth Freeman Center

Serving Berkshire county and surrounding areas. Though survivors can share common feelings of fear, anger and hurt, everyone’s situation is different. We believe that victims/survivors of violence know their situation best. We know that each person who calls us may have a different need. We will not tell you what to do. We will give you information. We will offer concrete help. We will be ready, whenever and as often as you need us, but it is you who decides what you want and how to proceed. We serve adults and children, of any gender or gender identity, age, race, ethnicity, ability, sexual orientation, or income level.

Mass. Office of Victim Assistance (MOVA)

MOVA supports free services throughout Massachusetts to help victims and survivors of domestic violence. These services provide a range of options to support an individual’s needs.
