Electric vehicles filings and reports

Here you can view a list of electric vehicle filings and reports that were filed with the DPU.

1. Introduction

On this page, you will find:

• the annual reports and/or third-party evaluation reports. In these filings, you will find program progress updates and data analyses.
• the annual factor filing materials for the electric companies. In these filings, the electric companies seek cost recovery for their EV programs.

2. Filings approving the electric vehicle plans

The Department of Public Utilities (DPU) approved Eversource's electric vehicle plans in D.P.U. 17-05 and D.P.U. 21-90.  In D.P.U. 20-74, the DPU approved a supplemental budget for the Phase I EV program for 2021.

The DPU approved National Grid's electric vehicle plans in D.P.U. 17-13, D.P.U. 18-150, and D.P.U. 21-91.  In D.P.U. 21-146, the DPU approved a supplemental budget for the Phase I EV program for 2022.

The DPU approved Unitil's electric vehicle plans in D.P.U. 21-92.
