How do I know if my employer has insurance?

Your employer should have a "Notice to Employees" poster displayed in a common area for employees to see who the insurance company is.

How do I find out who the workers' compensation insurance company for my employer is?

If your employer does not have the "Notice to Employees" poster displayed in a common work area as required by law, please visit our online Proof of Coverage tool to find out if your employer has workers' compensation insurance. If you don't find anything, please call our Office of Insurance at (617) 626-5480 or (617) 626-5481.

If you have a copy of your paystub or can print one out, it will make it easier to find your employer's insurance company because you will have the correct name of the employer.
