Climate change is increasing our risk of insect-related disease. More hot and rainy days allow ticks and mosquitoes to live for longer periods of time each year. Longer, warmer, and wetter summers will mean people have more contact with ticks and mosquitoes that carry disease. This video uses interviews from experts, community members, and a case study to talk about insect-related disease, who is at greatest risk, and steps to stay safe.
