Proposed amendments to licensure procedures and suitability requirements for long-term care facilities

At its meeting on October 14, 2026, the Public Health Council approved amendments to 105 CMR 153.000, Licensure procedures and suitability requirements for long-term care facilities. The Department anticipates filing a regulatory action with the Secretary of the Commonwealth for publication in the Massachusetts Register on 11/6/26.
