Steward Healthcare, one of MCDHH's community partners, has found MCDHH's Covid-19 Communication Tool useful in their facilities, and offered the use of their professional interpreting staff to create several additional language versions. While these were created for internal use by Steward Healthcare, they have graciously made these documents available for wider dissemination through MCDHH as well. We gratefully acknowledge this valuable contribution.
MCDHH would like to express gratitude to Wisconsin Council on Physical Disabilities who have graciously allowed us to adapt and add to their Be Prepared, Have a Plan: Emergency Preparedness Toolkit for People with Disabilities which is the product of years of work by past and present members of the Wisconsin Council on Physical Disabilities.
