The RFP for this opportunity is now available and can be found on the Fitchburg Bid Posting Website. Proposals can be submitted up until September 18, 2025 at 1:00 pm.
106 Hale St., Bridgewater - Walkable to the commuter rail station, Bridgewater State University campus, and downtown Bridgewater. Housing development on this site aligns with the University's and the Town's goals. The underlying form-based code zoning allows for more than the minimum 4 units/acre.
210 Springs Rd., Bedford - This is a 5.05-acre satellite parking lot serving the Middlesex Community College campus in Bedford. The college, through DCAMM, seeks to develop the site for housing. An RFP for the site is expected to be released during Summer 2025.
