Trial Court Facilities Management Public Construction Notice: ATS replacement, Roxbury Division, BMC Department

The Office of Court Management, Facilities Management& Capital Planning, the Awarding Authority, solicits written responses from Electrical Contractors for the ATS replacement for the Roxbury Division, Boston Municipal Court, 85 Warren St., Roxbury, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by BVH Integrated Services, dated 10/23/2019.

This project is being bid via COMMBUYS and hard copy bids will not be accepted.

The Project consists of: 

Automatic Transfer Switch replacement, ATS breaker’s trip device replacement, new overcurrent protection disconnect switch and feeder replacement, if required. 

The work is estimated to cost $46,000.

The project is subject to M.G.L. c.149 §44A-J and to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.l49 §§26 to 27H inclusive. Written responses will be received until November 27, 2019 at 2:00 p.m.

The Pre-Bid Conference and site visit will be on November 13, 2019 at 7:00 a.m. at the Roxbury Court, 85 Warren Street, Fitchburg, MA 02119.
