The Project consists of:
The replacement of numerous damaged louvers (Qty. 24 louvers, qty. 12 per tower) and louver supports (Qty 8 louver supports, qty. 4 per tower) due to rust deterioration (louver supports) and cracked fiberglass louvers on (2) Baltimore Air Coil (Model 3604C) Cooling Towers at the Edward Brooke Courthouse (24 New Chardon Street, Boston MA 02114).
Bidders are encouraged to attend the Site Walk Thru on February 26th, 2026 @ 7:00AM, prior to bid submission.
The Site Walk Thru will begin in the Garage of the Brooke Courthouse (Garage access is located directly across the street from 85 Merrimac Street, Boston MA 02114).
If bidder is attending the Site Walk Thru it is required that they contact Jonathan Talley prior to Walk Thru and provide a list of people (names) attending.
Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 and to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.l49 §§26 to 27H inclusive.
General Bids will be received by March 6th, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. and publicly opened, forthwith online.
