Trial Court Public Construction Notice: Chelsea District Court Chilled Water Piping Taps project

The Massachusetts Trial Court, Office of Court Management, Facilities Management & Capital Planning Department, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the Chelsea District Court Chilled Water Piping Taps project.

This project is being electronically bid via COMMBUYS and hard copy bids will not be accepted. The bids are to be prepared and submitted at www.commbuys.com.

The Project consists of:

Installation of chilled water piping taps into the existing chilled water system to accommodate the hookup of a rented chiller.

Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.30 §39 and to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.l49 §§26 to 27H inclusive. 

General Bids will be received via COMMBUYS until October 23rd, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. and publicly opened, forthwith.
