Top Resources

There are a lot of resources out there which can be overwhelming when trying to find help. These three are ideal places to start as you begin navigating available supports in Massachusetts. Each offers a wide range of assistance and have knowledgeable teams who can work with you to find the best fit. Additional, more specialized resources, are available below.

Older Adults

Mass Options - As we age, understanding and meeting our changing behavioral health needs is important to having lifelong positive mental health. Behavioral Health services are free for older adults aged 60+ with symptoms or challenges related to behavioral health.  For more information or to connect with a program in your area. Young Adults

Speaking of Hope - Speaking of Hope offers key resources for young adults to access support and connections including a directory of Young Adult Access Centers which free and available to all young adults. No diagnosis is required. Access Centers are affirming and inclusive spaces that promote an environment that specifically and effectively engages Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC) and Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer/Questioning (LGBTQ) young people. Children and Families

HandHold MA - Handhold MA is a resource guide for family partners and parents of kids who are looking for guidance in supporting a child’s mental health and wellbeing. Mental health experts, including child psychiatrists, social workers, and psychologists, selected the most relevant and useful resources. Visit HandHold MA.
