Annually letters are issued to the following local officials:
These letters contain instructions for completing information on certain year-end documents, both in the DLS Gateway Application and some that are not yet available in Gateway.

- Debt Exclusion Form
- Treasurer's Year-end Cash Report
- Combined Balance Sheet Template - City/Town
- Combined Balance Sheet Template - Regional School District
- Combined Balance Sheet Template - Utility District
