Pursuant to Section 7H of Chapter 29 of the Massachusetts General Laws, the Governor may revise his original budget recommendation to provide for a balanced fiscal year budget. This revised Fiscal Year 2021 (FY21) House 2 budget recommendation continues essential government services and promotes economic growth and stability amidst the COVID-19 pandemic.
