Trial Jurors:
- On the day before your jury duty, please call the Juror Line after 3 pm (413) 499-1454
- You must appear by 8 am
- Report to Lower Level
- When there is severe weather or a public emergency, please call (413) 499-1454 (after 7 am on the jury date) for a recorded announcement.
Grand Jurors:
- On the day before your jury duty, please call the Juror Line after 3 pm (413) 499-1454
- You must appear by 8:30 am

Juror parking
Parking is available in private parking lots and garages. There is limited on-street free and metered parking.
