The Leominster session of the Central Division of the Housing Court serves Ashburnham, Athol, Fitchburg, Gardner, Holden, Hubbardston, Leominster, Lunenberg, Petersham, Phillipston, Princeton, Royalston, Templeton, Westminster, and Winchendon.

This location is open only when court is in session Friday morning.

Parking

There is on street parking as well as a lot across from the courthouse and a garage behind the courthouse.

Public Transportation

The court is accessible by the Fitchburg/South Acton line of the MBTA. The closest stop to the courthouse is the North Leominster Station. Busses are available through the Montachusett Regional Transit Authority using any route that takes you to the Monument Square stop.
