Overview   of Greenfield Court Service Center

Court Service Centers help people navigate the court system. Centers are available to all court users without lawyers and there are no income or immigration status requirements. All of the services in the Court Service Centers are free, but there may be other fees associated with your case, such as filing fees.

Hours   for Greenfield Court Service Center

In-person services (priority given to emergency cases)

Tuesday:
8:30 am-1:00 pm, 2:00 pm-4:30 pm

Thursday:
8:30 am-1:00 pm, 2:00 pm-4:30 pm

Offered Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

Parking   at Greenfield Court Service Center

Greenfield has nine parking lots with a mix of pay-and-display and permit parking. 

When you park in one of the lots, please check to make sure you are in the correct type of space.

Public Transportation

The court service center is accessible by public transportation through the Franklin Regional Transit Authority. 

Services   at Greenfield Court Service Center

The Franklin County Courthouse Court Service Center has computers with access to online resources that are available on a first-come first-served basis. Other services include:

  • one-on-one help filling out court forms; 
  • information about court rules, procedures and practices;
  • court documents and written instructions;
  • access to interpreter services;
  • assistance with legal research; and
  • contact information for community resources, legal assistance programs, and social service agencies.
