The Franklin-Hampshire Counties Juvenile Court in Greenfield serves Ashfield, Bernardston, Buckland, Charlemont, Colrain, Conway, Deerfield, Gill, Greenfield, Hawley, Heath, Leyden, Monroe, Montague, Northfield, Rowe, Shelburne, Sunderland and Whately.

Hampshire County Juvenile Court jury cases are held at the Northampton District Court. Jury cases in Franklin County (including Athol which is in Worcester County) are held at the Greenfield Juvenile Court.
