By Public Transportation: MBTA Orange Line to the Assembly Row station. Take the exit from the MBTA station that is closest to Partners Healthcare. It is a 3-4 block walk to 5 Middlesex Avenue. The 5 Middlesex Avenue building is gray and blue and has Lincoln Technical Institute and Cambridge Health Alliance located in the same building.
