We are located in the Department of Transitional Assistance (DTA) office at 160 West Rodney French Boulevard at the Oceanside Plaza. Parking is available in the plaza's parking lot.

To Make a Referral

Any individual with a disability can ask about getting services. Our services are designed to assist individuals with disabilities to make informed choices about work. We have two easy ways you can start this process.

• Call (508) 993-6255 and say that you want to apply for services. You will be asked some basic questions like your name, address and social security number.
• Walk in to our office between the hours of 8:45 am and 5:00 pm, and ask to apply for services.
• You will then be sent a letter with the date and time of your appointment to come in and meet with a Career Services and Business Relations Specialist.

• Bilingual/Bicultural-American Sign Language/Deaf Culture
• Accessible to Oral deaf, Hard of Hearing, & Late Deafened Adults
• Advocacy and networking with service providers
