Overview of Tolland State Forest
At the center of Tolland State Forest sits the 1,065-acre Otis Reservoir, which offers a variety of recreational activities. A boat launch is available for boats up to 24 feet in length. No watercraft, except pontoon or sail powered boats, may exceed 24 feet in length. No boats with bathrooms are allowed on the Otis Reservoir.

Beach day-use parking fees from Memorial Day weekend to Labor day:

Non-MA resident $30

Camping
The campground is popular during summer. Campsites are on a scenic wooded peninsula.

Fishing
Fish for trout and bass in the Otis Reservoir.

Hunting
Hunting is open (in season) for all types of game, including turkey, bear, and deer.

Camping information
Camping season is from mid-May until mid-October.
Camping is $17/night for Massachusetts residents and $55/night for non-residents.
RV sites have a 35-foot driveway and are non-electric.
Please note, there is no dump station at this facility.
