Guide Information
MDAR’s updated Massachusetts Food Processors Resource Guide provides information about what’s needed to start a value-added specialty food business. On-line product development and food safety resources are emphasized. The Guide was coordinated by MDAR in collaboration with the UMASS Extension Food Safety Program and funded by the USDA Specialty Crop Block Grant Program.
