MassDOT Environmental

MassDOT Environmental provides strategic environmental policy guidance, conducts environmental reviews, and completes environmental permitting to support transportation projects.

We are responsible for MassDOT Highway Division-wide environmental policy and permitting activities in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations to ensure timely environmental approvals that facilitate the construction of transportation projects.
