MCSR for Facilities

Health care facilities can learn about and apply here for the Massachusetts Controlled Substances Registration (MCSR).

You can apply for controlled substance registration here if you are a health care facility. This includes ambulance services, analytical labs, clinics, limited services clinics, hospitals, manufacturers and distributors, and schools. You can also amend, renew, or verify your MCSR.
