Purpose
To provide notice of the availability of and deadline to apply for funding for Fiscal Year 2027 through the Grants for Registered Apprenticeship Opportunities in the Workforce (GROW)
Information Notice
On July 24,2026, the Executive Office of Labor and Workforce Development (EOLWD) issued a Request for Response (RFR) for funding available through the Grants for Registered Apprenticeship Opportunities in the Workforce (GROW) RFR.
The priority deadline for funding for Fiscal Year 2027 is Midnight on Friday, August 28, 2026.
The Request for Response seeks applications for funding for:
- GROW Expansion Industry Apprenticeship.
- GROW Construction & Building Trades Inclusion Apprenticeship
- GROW Innovation Grants
- GROW Pre-Apprenticeship Training and Services
- GROW Planning Grants
How-to apply
