Headquartered in Milford, MA, PSAP Operations Division 1 serves as a wireless 9-1-1 answering point for a vast majority of the state, ranging from Central and Eastern Massachusetts, down through Cape Cod. Our team of 27 employees is comprised of telecommunicators, supervisors, and administration. We are committed to quick, consistent, and high-quality service, as we proudly stand ready to serve both residents and responders of the Commonwealth.
