248 CMR 3.00 governs the administrative requirements regarding the installation, removal, alteration, repair, and inspection of all plumbing and gas fitting work pursuant to M.G.L. c. 142, §§ 13 and 21. 248 CMR 3.00 also governs the administrative functions of the Board in sanctioning Licensees who engage in the installation, alteration, repair and Inspection of plumbing and gas fitting work pursuant to M.G.L. c. 142, §§ 13 and 21, and M.G.L. c. 112, § 61.
