333 CMR 7.00 establishes the standards, requirements and procedures for issuance of state experimental use permits for testing of pesticides under certain specified circumstances consistent with and no less stringent than the requirements of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act and regulations promulgated thereunder at 40 CFR 172.
