360 CMR 10.000 ensures the proper and safe operation of the Authority's wastewater treatment facilities by regulating the direct and indirect discharge of wastewater and pollutants to the Authority Sewerage System. Every person who directly or indirectly discharges wastewater to the Authority Sewerage System, including to any tributary thereto, shall ensure that such discharge complies with 360 CMR 10.000. The requirements of 360 CMR 10.000 apply to direct discharges to the Authority Sewerage System and to discharges to the Authority Sewerage System through a municipal sewer.
