501 CMR 18.00 establishes data collection and reporting standards for Criminal Justice Agencies to enable the submission of data by Criminal Justice Agencies including, but not limited to, the Department of Correction, Houses of Correction, and county jails, to capture and report information on their populations and to report information relative to recidivism rates.
