521 CMR 38.00 governs accessibility requirements for automated teller machines (ATMs). Where only one ATM is provided, it shall comply with 521 CMR 38.00. Where two or more are provided at a location, then only one must comply. Each machine required to be accessible shall be on an accessible route.
