740 CMR 26.00 contains the minimum standards that must be met in order to provide certain "regulated services", as defined in 740 CMR 26.02, at Logan. The minimum standards divide the providers of regulated services into five categories, list the services that each category of operators must provide, and set forth requirements that apply to the provision of those services.
