990 CMR 9.00 regulates Technical Assistance Grants, which are awarded by the Council to any community which is a proposed host for a hazardous waste facility pursuant to the process established by MGL c. 21D and 990 CMR, and to all Massachusetts communities directly bordering on such host communities.
